Your practitioner documents the consultation hours or the services provided in the practices own system and settles them with the health insurance companies.Privately insured and self-payers will receive an invoice based on the fee schedule for doctors (GOÄ) after the online video consultation.
This can be submitted to the health insurance company for reimbursement as usual.

All conversations are treated as strictly confidential.The online video consultation in mindu is carried out using the video solution IVPview, which is certified according to the requirements of the KBV and the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Funds.
